American Idle? Simon Cowell wants YOU to get back to work

Hearing about a neighbor, a friend or experiencing first hand being laid off from a job is unsettling after so many years with a wealth of jobs.  Every sector in America is feeling the pinch, particularly the construction industry as the bottom fell out of the building industry.  The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) focuses federal investments on those that will provide jobs, immediately to assist in stimulating the economy.  Job creation for transit investments has been particularly successful.  These investments are expected to be a catalyst for investments in land development — more jobs.

Washington state has done well in obtaining ARRA funding.  Find out where those jobs are in your state and hey, America, get back to work.
